Glitterue does NOT answer DMs on social media accounts.  If there is a problem please email glitterue@yahoo.com.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We DO NOT issue any returns, exchanges and cancelations unless at sellers fault such as wrong item, color. If there is an issue with your order please feel free to email us.   

Keep in mind that everything is handmade and most items are personalized and for that reason our policy is strict.
